We do not accept returns on domain names sales. When you purchase a domain name you are purchasing the domain name only. For this reason you know what you are buying and by sending the payment you are confirming that you want to purchase the domain. We do not offer refunds on the sale of domain names. The only exception to this is if we have mistakenly listed a domain we do not own because of a typo or other reason. In some cases, two people will try to purchase the same domain before we can process the transaction and remove the domain from our listings. In cases such as that, the first buyer will receive the domain name and the second buyer will be granted a full refund. You may cancel any subscriptions you have with us at any time. Since we only deal with domain names, websites, hosting, and internet services there is no physical shipping of merchandise. When you purchase a domain name or website from us we will contact you within 24 hours on weekdays and the following Monday if you buy from us over the weekend. In most cases we will contact you right away. If you have a registrar account at the same registrar as the domain you purchased is registered with we can push the domain into your account right away. If you wish to transfer the domain to a different registrar we will send you the instructions right away, but it is up to you to initiate the transfer, and each registrar is different and takes different amounts of time to transfer a domain. Typically, when you change registrars it takes between 5-8 days.
